Free shipping on orders over 69,90 €

Delivery is free to all countries (except the United Kingdom) for orders over 69,90 €. For deliveries to United Kingdom, the minimum order value is £135, and delivery is free of charge. 

Delivery costs for orders under 69,90 €

If the value of your purchase is less than 69,90 €, a flat-rate shipping fee will be charged for the delivery of your order. For deliveries within Germany, this is 4,90 €. For all other countries, please refer to the overview below for the delivery costs per country. 

Included in this fee are all the handling charges, packing costs, shipping costs, and the necessary papers. The customer is responsible for the import taxes charged by customs. Those taxes depend on the import rules of the country shipment will be received at. Please contact your customs office for more information.

For orders destined for Switzerland, German VAT is automatically deducted by our system. Your orders will be declared to the Swiss customs authorities for assessment during shipping. You are responsible for paying the Swiss VAT amounts calculated in this way, as well as any customs duties and customs clearance costs that may apply. Details can be found on the website of the Federal Customs Administration. 

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for every order I place? 

Yes, if your order is below the specified threshold for free delivery, shipping costs will be charged per order. 

Is a partial delivery possible?

No, a partial delivery is not possible. Should you wish to order some articles that are to be delivered immediately and other articles that are to be delivered at a later stage, we would ask you to submit two orders. This is the only way to ensure that you receive the immediately deliverable articles. If you order both the articles to be delivered immediately as well as the articles to be delivered later in one order, you will receive the entire order at a later stage.

How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany. During the Christmas period (November-January), delivery times may increase by 2 working days due to the increase in shipping volume. Delivery to any other country mentioned takes 3 to 14 working days. Different delivery times for individual items are specified separately in the online shop.

How can I check on the status of my delivery? 

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as the package has been picked up by DHL/ DPD/ UPS.
